PHOTOSHOOT DAY!!

Good evening y'all, today I finally did my photoshoot at Wynwood! It was such a perfect day since it was sunny and there was barely any clouds around. Me and my model, Olivia, capture as many walls as we could in Wynwood. There was a problem that popped up though. Remember how I was going on and on about this glorious mural by Maya Hayuk, welllll it wasn't there D:. Oh the horrors! But I did find a similar mural that was similar to my originally planned wall and decided on that one, because I did see quite a few people posing with it.

This is the wall I decided for my main cover, since it have the shape simplicity and vibrant colors as the main mural I really wanted to feature. So I took a standard photo of just the mural and then with Olivia.

I'll be picking the first image, since I can clearly envision my masthead and my other stories will fit perfectly in that picture. I can't really see it with the second image since it seems like the second picture doesn't have enough room for the masthead to fit nicely.

After we taken those photos, we went around the Wynwood Walls area and I decided to not only cover the walls themselves, but also a tiny exhibit they have towards the back that showcased small paintings of some select artists that have murals outside.

Here is some more photos of murals and an item I found in the exhibit that I wanted to cover in my main story spread. I chose these because they stood out to me as unique plus I saw a lot of other visitors and locals taking photos with them.

After I was finished with Wynwood Walls, I went around it since Wynwood is alot more than just that tiny section. I took some photos of a restaurant, a hangout spot, and a parking garage that will correlate with the other stories that will be featured in the table of contents.

These were some photos I took outside the area which will relate to the restaurant, things to do around Wynwood, and traffic respectively. These are extremely close to Wynwood Walls which allows for easy assess to walk around and still knowing where your car is.

After spending the whole day there, I'm happy with the content that I gather and I'm ready to make my magazine!
