Hey y'all! Well my planned photoshoot for this past weekend was ruined because it was raining everywhere across South Florida. How horrible is that D:. Instead of reporting what I did on my photoshoot day, I decided to peer review with Clayton today!
Clayton primarily focused on my sketches regarding to my cover, table of contents, and my double spread layout.
He liked the following layouts
He explained that the cover will be eye appealing if there was someone standing in front of a mural, and agreed that it will be easier to organize other articles on the cover if they are going around my model. When looking at my table of contents, he liked how I wanted to added a variety of other things to do in Wynwood rather than putting walls in Wynwood Walls. He disagreed with one photo since he felt there should be a variety of items on my TOC and he thought my idea of adding a page number of the corner image is smart. Lastly, when looking at my double spread, he prefer the caption being outside of the image, so that readers are able to clearly see the full image. He also liked my organization of my spread in general.I also did peer review his movie, which I'm extremely excited for because it looks extremely good, because of how many camera angles he implemented into his movie. :D
